Hi all, Just picked up a 71 Charger SE in decent shape. It was a 383 2 barrel now it’s a 440 4 barrel. I’ll be picking your brains on how to restore this car. SE with the wrong engine, Super Bee or R/T tribute?

Hi from a fellow '71 SE owner in Michigan. Mine was near complete, with build sheets and matching #'s, when I got it so if you need to know what is correct let me know. I am very much an originalist especially if the car is close to complete but if it has been stripped, modified, etc. go nuts. Do what you want. And don't throw all that trim away!

Welcome from Michigan Rookie ! and yes, do not throw any of the trim or for that matter, anything that can be rebuilt also.
