Got up at 6AM, got home at 11pm. Had forgot just how far that place was from me. Had a real enjoyable day. Took my son with me. He liked it pretty well. My best friend came down from Tenn. with a trailer of parts for the swap meet. Not surprisingly, I was his best customer. Got to finally meet and chat with Keith (Moparmadness) He was a real cool guy ( I knew he would be) and picked up new door, roof rail and trunk weatherstripping from him at a terrific price. After buying parts..........I came home broke. In addition to the weatherstripping , I picked up a 71-74 pistol grip shifter (non console type) , new repro wheel opening moldings, 8 3/4 open rear with 3.23 gears, 2 k frames with LCA`s and sway bars, a pair of usable 72 fenders, and a single 72 Rallye door I needed to complete a set. Saw a 72 Rallye for sale for $4500 but did not look close. It looked pretty rough. hood was rusted out, fenders were full of mud etc etc. Looked like a slightly perfumed pig. I got a few pics that I will post up later. Was a little smoky in the AM from the N Florida/South GA forest fires but that seemed to clear out as there was a nice breeze. When I left about 6:30 it was getting thick. You could see ash falling like a misting rain and the smoke was burning my eyes a little.

Nice pics Tom! Let me know what you think of the repo wheel molding, I am thinking about buying a let for my Super bee. Thanks Dave I think that they are too expensive! $325 for W/O moldings kinda puts a hurtin on a fellas wallet. The ones I bought only have 2 mounting holes pre-drilled in them. From what I understand, the factory was not consistent in their hole placement. So....instead of pre-drilled holes that may be incorrect for some cars, they come with 2 holes pre-drilled and you have to drill the rest. I`ve read enough satisfactory reports on them to feel comfortable buying them. Metro, the maker/seller of the moldings was at the show. I don`t intend to use them anytime soon. I have used moldings for the "driver" car I just bought.
