SEM is the best "dye" system I've ever tried....and I use it exclusively now. As for original black parts being easy to come by, ask Tom about that one. The only pieces that I have had a hard time finding in black are the plastic 72 SE sail panels. I thought you told me that black kick panels and seat backs were also included in that "hard to find original" condition, Tom? A "slight" prevarication/embellishment on your part ?

severe memory malfunction on your part. ;D I guess it would be fair to say that I had "some" difficulty finding good original used black seat backs. They probably are on eBay with some frequency, just not on the rare occasions that I decided to look. Ironically, I got the set I wanted off a set of Moby-Doba seats. Remember those?

....the black Cordoba seats with 71-74 b body bucket seat tracks on them? The seats that I disassembled and threw in the dumpster at work. Does that jog the cranium a bit sparky?

It was the "Moby" part that threw me off track....speaking of which, I hope at least the tracks were pulled before you tossed them!! (I blame the whole thing on Mike in Vegas...he told me they were Roadrunner seats!!) And I believed him!! ;D

Would a 75 Road Runner qualify as a Plymouth Moby? Actually, I remember those seats. Seams (pun) there were in the RR just, as it turns out, were not actually original to the car.
