I have a 1974 Dodge Charger, not s.e. or anything just plain straight charger. I am planning of purchasing a dash cluster from a guy in seattle and was wondering if my wiring harness would hook up to it. He didnt tell me the year of it, but its btw 71-74. Here is a pic of it. He is selling it for 30 bucks, so I thought it was a good deal.

that is a standard 71-74 b body dash, as is the one in your car. No reason to think that it would not work for your car.

thats specifically a 73 cluster...with 3 speeds wiper switch. No problem on your actuall setup EXCEPT if you have 2 speeds wiper motor, will need to remove that one and mount your actual switch. Your wiring and that switch simply will plug BUT won't work properlly.
The "headache" comes when you have to take care about match Rally and Standart harness or cluster, other wise is a plug and play job.
JUST ONE CASE is an exception when we talk about standart vs standart ( or rallye vs rallye ) and is wiper switch related with 71 clusters/harness. 71 Wiper switch is bigger and with different prong distribution than 72s and later, so plug is different, being one piece plug on 72/74 cars and being two separated plugs to feed one same switch on 71s. HOWEVER wires are the same. so if that would it be the case, would be needed try to find the right plastic plug and change the wires from one to another OR get the propper year switch to match assembly.
