I have my gas tank out and I have cut the four vapor hoses from the tank to the "Vapor - Liquid Separator".
Has anyone bypassed the "Vapor - Liquid Separator"?
Has anyone made something to replace the original?
Mine is rusted and needs to be replaced or bypassed.

Rod, you could eliminate the canister by using the 426/440 Fuel Filter with the return line. You can run the return to the tank.........But no matter what you need to have the tank vented somehow. The 4 ECS connectors you cut off, I would have left them and simply just capped 3 of them and used one for a vent. You can have performance problems and sometimes even filling problems on a ECS Mopar....

It may.....what Motor are you running? If it is a 383/426/440 I would still use the filter & return line.

The hose nipples are still on the tank. I just cut the rubber hoses from the tank to the "Vapor - Liquid Separator."
So if I run a vent line from one of them on the tank and cap the other three I should be ok?
I still have the "Vapor Canister" on the right inner fender that it hooks to. Should I run the vent line through it?

You should have no problems as long as you are removing the ECS canister and leaving the Tank vented. We did a 73 Challenger the same way, customer wanted most of his ECS system removed instead of buying any extra parts.

Use the front one going toward the engine, I would vent it like some of the 2nd.Gen Charger or E bodies, run you a line from it into one of the small holes in the frame rail.
