i need a wiring diagram for a 1965 plymouth vialiant 225 slant 3 in the tree. any body help?

My Holly has a 64 Barracuda. A 65 Barracuda & 65 Valiant were dismantled on my watch for her Hotrod. Forgive the bad pic and tell us your troubles with your Valiant.......

well my reverse lights arnt working and i get my drivers licenes next wednesday and i this this bad boy inspected. i jumped the wires across while it was in reverse and no lights came on. we put new bulbs in and still nothing.

Not sure if yours is an auto or manual trans. I'm guessing you don't have power to the switch though. One of the wires attached to the switch on the side of the tranny goes to a power source (+12V) it is probably only hot with the ignition key in "Drive". To test the lights, you could jumper +12V to the feed from the switch. The most common problem is a bad ground connection.

I got the reverse lights to work now but now i need a new head light switch because my parking lights arnt working now i bought a new one and eather it was bad or i fried it up. so in any case i got the reverse lights to work. they wernt getting good connection to the switch on the tranny, there was dirt in them. thankyou brock for helping!!
