This may sound like a very stupid question but i need to know the easiest way to convert to electronic ignition?? im not to knowlageable in points.
my 72 Charger has them and i want to convert. any ideas??

IMO, I'd use a Mopar Performance electronic ignition conversion kit. You'll get everything that you'll need all in one kit. I used the kit on the '69 I had, no problem.

My 70 Charger has a what I can only guess is a 64 Dual Point Distributor w/ Tach Drive.
When I could no longer find the points needed I converted it to a Pertronix Ignitor. Still
has the same distributor just now with converted guts.

I bought a brand new Chrysler electronic ignition conversion set...had the distributor recurved and installed it......trouble free for the first year....great investment |
