Ok I guess I figured out the routing from the carb to fuel pump on my 73 400-4bbl with thermoquad. But from the main fuel line to the fuel pump which type of hose clamps should I be using? Also what kind or should there be a clamp on the vapor line to the canister hose? I've seen the KV permanent crimped clamps on the vapor hose to the canister. But I've never looked to see what kind of clamps should be on the rubber hose from the main fuel line to the fuel pump. Should it be these permanent KV crimp clamps or the red phosphate pinch clamps. I could understand there might be a KV crimp clamp on the steel fuel line side and a red phosphate pinch clamp on the fuel pump side since it would've had to be serviced regularly. Anyone know for sure? That is a picture of the permanent type KV clamp, I'm guessing everyone knows the pinch clamps already. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get the two pictures together. I don't have any more of the clamps themself to take pictures of.

those are the ones my car had from factory from chassis line to fuel pump
I don't think rest would use those since the filter is a part what requires being replaced as you said
