That was Bob. He had them mocked up in his '74, but elected to use them in his daily driver S-truck instead. And I do believe he likes them very much.

Now that you mention it, that does sounds familiar. I'm gettin' old. I tend to forget things!

THANKS! Ya, thats what I remember reading and with the pics too. I am positive I can fab up mounts to make them work.
The guy just responded and he said he is parting it out for sure and told me to make an offer. I offered him $150-200 if they were in good shape and had heat and power movement. We will see. I seen several on Ebay and most were more than that.

I actually had them mounted in my Charger. I would have probably kept them if I could have colored them green. Remember, I only paid 20 bucks for the pair so even if I didn't like them I was not out that much. They are great seats and I really enjoy them in my S10. Forget about the heated portion working. That is way more complicated to get hooked up than just the red and black wires to have memory and all adjustments.

I was hoping to pull the switches and wiring for the heat/controls while I am there...if I get it. I might need a heavier duty alt and battery.

All the controls are on the seat. Bring a battery for a cordless drill and some jumper wires for red and black wires if car doesnt have power. You need to move seats foward and back to get bolts out
