Hello Everyone, I am new to this website, but not new to '71-'72 B-bodies. I currently own a '71 Charger R/T project that is very rusty, but numbers matching.
Not that '71 R/Ts aren't that common to begin with, but I think my car may be a little more unusual because of the color-combo. It's GW3 White on the outside with a B5 Blue interior. I've never seen one with this combination, althought I've seen a few white cars with black or gunmetal interiors. Does anyone else know of a car with a combination like mine?
I'll post some photos once I start on the restoration. The car also has the six-pack balancer 440, along with a factory skid-plate, torque boxes and a pinion snubber. Apparently, these parts could also be installed in regular 440 cars, not just in Six-packs or Hemis.
Take it easy! Paul

Welcome aboard Paul! #WaveHi# I look forward to seeing your car, particularly some of these under body reinforcements if you can get it on a lift/rotisserie.

Green Go-- didn't know the part about the torque boxes and snubbers on all R/Ts. Out of the Chargers I have owned, my only other R/Ts were both 4-spd/Dana cars so they definitely had the boxes.
Greenbeast-- I am located in Northern Nevada, but my car came out of Ohio, which explains the rust. I actually scored a '71 SE awhile back that was built in the same plant as mine. The parts will be going onto my R/T, but thanks for the fender offer anyway!!

Welcome, glad to have you. There is a lot of good info on this site. Ask a question and someone will most likely have the answer.
