yeap, it is on the FSM. I took the PN from there
It like a claw what hooks into one of the vent gills and its ready to use a breaker bar or rachet to give the tension, like the steering pump provision

I see.
I was thikning of a tool for checking belt tension.
This is a tool to allow you to pull/rotate the alternator to CREATE the belt tension.
I have not seen one of those as you describe.

I have one that goes between the pulleys and you turn the center to extend and then tighten your alternator. They are a pain to use so I just grab my 24" flat tip pry bar.

Flat tip pry bar all the way for me! Matco made me deal on a 2 size package long ago that works great for many, many different projects!!

I have one, but it's not the official special service tool. I think it's a K-D, but I'm not sure. I never use it. I just use a pry bar.
