#DancingBanana# #DancingBanana# Hey Tom, you're going to be so proud of me...
I used one of your "stubby" disposable 3/8" ratchets on Richard's boat yesterday.

I use them all the time. Good JY tools. Not a big deal if you lose one or use it in the rain.
Unlike the Snap-on 1/4 drive ratchet I found at a JY last week. Whoever lost it......is probably crying the blues.

....Whoever lost it......is probably crying the blues. I'm counting on "quality means expensive".....I still haven't gone through that huge (but older) Craftsman double stacker I acquired that is absolutely loaded with Craftsman, Proto, Snap-On, Blue Point, and Matco tools and instruments. I took it in in lieu of payment for about 1500 dollars of PI work (well, maybe work isn't the proper word....maybe "P.I. time" would be more appropriate.....) Anyway, the thing even had a Snap-on Air Brush Kit in it... I'll be sure to place them here in our classifieds first and give everyone here a chance to peruse the inventory. What's really cool about the contents is that nearly all the tools and instruments in it are Made In USA....the guy I got them from had been collecting them for decades!! I really don't expect to make a "killing" off of them....between Harbor Freight, Ebay, and even Northern Tools, etc., the competition is just way too steep!! Seems only the "old timee/die hard" mechanics like me really appreciate "the good stuff". Can't blame the youngsters though, not really: when you grow up seeing, buying, and using only Chinese/Taiwanese/Mexican made tools, kits, and instruments, what else are you going to buy?
