I purchased a repo super bee dash emblem off ebay and it looks pretty darn good. I'm going to email the seller to see if he can make more if anyone here is interested. I have seen originals on ebay for $275 bucks! Here it is above an original one. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Hey Terry, Is it common practice to paint the letter fronts to match the interiors (I noticed your original is green-faced)?
I ask because I am only familiar with the SE badges which are always just "chromed"--more or less--and not painted....I think.

It looks Green in the photo above, but I'll bet it's more on the Yellow side. I've found that the closest factory color match for the superbee dash emblem is Curious Yellow. Now if I can just master the way the vendor applied it... that's the tough part. I can make more of the superbee dash emblems as soon as I finish up making the new mold. The mold I used to make Terry's emblem was getting pretty old and I ended up pulling an emblem from it too fast and chipped a piece out of it (which made the mold useless). I plan on trying some other emblems also including Charger R/T and GTX but they will cost a bit more. I'd like to have them vacuum chromed before detailing them so they look awesome when completed. Every emblem is a bit of a pain to make but they are worth it for our cars. I wish I could afford the use of an injection molding machine so I could blast out 100 in 10 minutes. lol I will keep everyone posted on how many I get made. My price is $25 per emblem (unpainted) I figured this would be a great alternative until owners of these Superbees can locate an original emblem. ( the exact reason I made a few in the first place).

IF you ever make the R/T dash emblem..count me in!....my original is cracked and Someday would love a new one!

Yeah, it's kind of a faded yellow. All the super bee's I have ever seen were yellow. I thought about ordering about ten from him and putting them on ebay for about fifty to seventy five bucks for one, but that's what is killing our "hobby". It's nice to see someone who can make something like this and offer it for a low price, considering what it is.

The Charger R/T dash emblem is next up for sure. I can't wait to do that one. A few years back I had an NOS one still in it's Chrysler Parts plastic wrapper and ended up taking an offer of $550 for it. (just before Christmas of course). That was crazy money for that thing! Making an exact duplicate of these dash emblems is pretty straight forward and easy. Making them with the pins on the back exactly as original is a whole nuther story. That's where it becomes tricky and usually for every one that comes out perfect, two or three are garbage. I do like making them and charging a pretty reasonable price. I'll keep everyone posted.

I'll buy one! I have an original that is faded. Were the originals chrome vacuumplated first? Do you take paypal? Awesome work!
