Thanks Tom, it seems like really tough stuff. The price is pretty tough too! I went on eBay to buy a gallon...and it looks to be around $150+. I was not expecting to need to "save up" so I can buy a gallon. My car budget is pretty much shoestring right now...so I guess I will wait a few weeks.

last I have done ? I think I f****d up my block to keep standard and now will have to get 0.020 so it looks will have to buy again pistons so more money I didn't need to spend and more time lost ( what actually gets me more angry and depressed ) will know for sure on next days once I get the block to machine shop. the problem ? ridge reamer selected to make the job ( lisle 36500 ) made a conical cut instead straight up. This reamer has a small rubber foot on bottom of cutter making never to be straight with cilinder. It looks this is only to remove ridge allways thinking on over bore the guilty ? myself but for ignorance not because bad use of the tool... simply I should got another kind of ridge reamer does someone of you want to get a standard KB215s set ?

Ok, 0.020" pistons arrived, left on machine shop, I hope everything will be right now. Still needs to finish heads to take them to machine shop an fit the bigger valves. for a while I made today the first attemp of rally center caps resto. from this ( Not exactly same center cap I began to work on but similar pitted areas, not that bad though ): to this: procedure... dremmel with a light stone over pitted areas, some bondo to refill, then paint. Couple of minutes at the oven. the paint is clearcoated, and paint got some darker areas, maybe contamination on cap, making some paint and clear separation, but nothing than a light sandpaper and new paint coat won't fix since masking this to paint is allmost a headache, I covered with VASELINE the unpainted areas, spreayed all around and removed the vaseline/paint... some kerosene to finish to clean these areas

Hood and wheels look great. I like the polished rings because they reflect the openings of the wheels. Where did you find the Goodyears?

i have a 1-1/8 for the front i ran a set up like this years ago and it handled well it's all stock other than the bars and my air shocks in the rear. i don't usr the air shocks for the stance just to help out if i have a full load of people and gear.
