Bored to death so I took my meds, went out in the garage, put the Charger on the lift and changed the fuel filter. Started right up, let get to operating tempature, shut it off waited 5 minutes, fired right back up. Waited til it was temp again and waited 20 minutes, fired right up. Now, that being said, let me drive to sheetz and get some gas about a mile away and you know it's going to crank like crazy before it starts. We'll see. I'm not allowed to drive while on my meds. It could have been a clogged fuel filter with all this talk how this new fuel carried dirt.

I painted my Charger Monday night and brought it home Tuesday night. I will get some pics up soon in my restoration thread.

After many, many delays and life's little setbacks, I am finally going to start the process of "building" my daily driver (the blue 72 SE with the 400 Magnum in the 3rd pic of my signature) into what I want it to be....since it has no build sheet, I am pretty much going to modify, upgrade, and "add" to it as I want to...today I'm taking down the right front wheel and getting a new tire installed on it. Then I will be loading the car up on the trailer, bringing it home from storage, and stuffing it with all of the parts I've accumulated....I will be transporting it in August to a person that has been well paid to do all of the work that I am physically (or mentally) not able to do....the list is quite long.
Once I figure out what I'm going to do about extending the number of monthly attachments allowed (which we've exceeded by 50% already this month), I will start posting progress pics. Then when I'm all through I'll finally start the actual and full restoration of the 72 SE in the 1st pic, the one with 2 build sheets, the original numbers matching 440HP/727 power train, power windows, FACTORY tilt wheel column, etc....I'm finally getting all motivated to get to the full restoration of it (after storing it for only 6 years as of this month!!)

Good going Jer. Your finally getting some time to hall it to GA, I mean someplace, to get the work started. You really don't want that tilt wheel because it's to comfortable. So box it up and send it to me and I'll take care of it for you.
