This weekend I finally got the engine pulled. Wasn't too bad for pretty much taking lots of pics and guessing the whole time lol. I also picked myself up a 727 TF for $300 that's in pretty good shape! Needs a B&M kit though probably. So I am now going to drop the transmission I have in there, clean up the whole engine bay and paint it. (Thanks for the inspiration Jaak!) I've never done this before but we're getting there! Got my engine bay paint and primer mixed, decided to go with the FC7.

Got some more stuff done yesterday, pulled the Power brake system, man, getting the booster out is a pain, but I managed.
Found some bad rust on the drivers side firewall...not really impressed but its a small spot and the only spot on it.

Spent several hours just cleaning the whole car, all that dust from bodywork, sandblasting, then moving in a hurry. Also hung some shop lights and covered the floor with waterproof tarps and carpet to keep dampness off the bottom of the car.

My 73SE is in a new home. Just winched on the trailer and then sailed on the ferry over to our new home. As soon as the garage is built, the restoration can start

Curtis: You need to think about starting your own "Curtisc Restoration" thread, like Eckertc and Beer and Son7771 have going... Especially since you seem to be doing something on your car about every day, which is way more than I'm doing, and makes me very, very jealous!! Oh, and keep up the good work!! #2Thumbs#

Yeah...well I haven't done anything these past few days but tonight I was going to finish pulling everything from my engine bay, so I'll do that, take some pics, and make a new thread!

Great!
Make it interesting and chronological though (don't just start the thread from today), by going back to the beginning of your work and stealing the text and pics from your replies in this thread.
It will make for a great thread for the rest of us, and will give you a "journal", so to speak, that you can always look back to with pride (and for reference!!).
As I said, keep up the great work! #A_Toast# #Trophy#
