Nice work Joe, looks like a great project and I can't wait to see the progression. How did you prepare the interior? Is it just primer or is there something else laid down on it?

Thanks Dave! You guys have a great site here! Tom originally turned me on to this site.
With respect to Charger72's question regarding the interior... Fortunately the floor pan was in pretty good shape. There was some rust under the seam sealer at both rear fender wells, and under the seam sealer at the floor pan to fire wall seam. I dug out 99% of the seam sealer, I cut out the bad areas at the four corners and made patches, sanded as much of the scale and old paint that I could get to then coated with Eastwood's rust converter then brushed on a heavy coat of Eastwood's rust encapsulator. I hit the floors with some primer sealer when I was applying the first coat of sealer to the rest of the car. Then applied fresh seam sealer everywhere. Don't think I will ever have problems with the floors...
Just finished dinner... going back out to work on it some more. I have a few more areas to sand, fill... (It seems like I every time I think I am ready to paint it, I find something else to touch up)
Joe

Joe Joe, thanks for taking the time to answer, I have Eastwoods Rust Encapsulator that I think I will be laying down and then primer and then maybe some of the Lizard Skin product. Just trying to cut down on expenses, while I'm at it Lizard Skin the undercarriage as my car had that option with full coverage. Alan
