Luggage Rack Mounting Question 71 Charger SE

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Been working overtime to get my project ready for paint. Anyway I thought I would mock up my luggage rack on my replacement trunk lid but I don't understand how it attaches. It seems the attachment points are way off though the luggage rack is from another 71SE that was parted out. In the pics is the original trunk lid my car came with, code M91. You can see the original anchors but the holes on the top of the lid are filled.





In case anyone was wondering, I know it goes on the top of the lid
