I used a Krylon 'Silver Leafing Pen' - not quite original but it did a pretty good job.
Tried to find you a picture but I don't have one, and the car's with my guy having the interior done atm!

Did the same with mine. Not really chrome but close. There are pictures of mine in my restoration thread

I found a guy in Michigan that does Plastic chrome and is reasonable but you would have to restore the woodgrain around it yourself. I expect you would have to do that with any of them. Silver paint pen for picky, rechrome for real picky. They sure look nice rechromed but it will come off as easy as new so it has a upkeep price to it also.
