I have a three speed motor. Does that require any other parts?

Yes, if your motor doesn't have the crank arm, you'll need to find the correct one; it attaches the motor to the drive link. The drive link is also different between the two speed and the three speed system, you'll need the three speed drive link. The wiper link between the two wipers is the same in both 2 & 3 speed setups. The last piece you need is the three speed/variable speed wiper switch in your dash. I know the wiring is the same for the 71-72's but not sure about the 73-74 models (I think it is but Nacho would know for sure).

all I can do at this moment is just post the thread about all the investigation I made when I was making the 2 to 3 speeds conversion on my car... and I guess you found it since was mentioned.
Main link and crank are diff. The rest are the same AS FAR matches the assembly, since there are 2 kind of assemblies, with the plastic bushing ( later ) and with the clip cap ( earliers ), or whatever it calls. If you find a full setup won't have a problem, but if you get just the main link and crank, will need to be sure matches the existant on car.
wiring is the same in all 4 years, and just need the correct switch, and harness from bulkhead to motor, EXCEPT 71s, which in any case the wiring itself is the same but not the switch/plug disposition.

You reckon that us 78-79 Magnum folks could use this setup instead of our stock one with plastic biscuit that disentergrates?

I've often wondered the same thing, Bill (and Welcome aboard, by the way). So much of our 4th gen. cars is derived from 3rd gens. It's hard to imagine it wouldn't work.
