I get a little excited when I see a Charger in the wild. The hood said 440 but the sound was dead quite as he passed. No Rumble sound at all. I was thinking 6 cylinder.

Yeah, that is super clean too! Speaking of 6's, the new Hurricane TT Inline 6 would be an interesting swap, especially for /6 cars if there are any out there. I wonder how much the Hurricane is going to weigh?
Anyway, seeing that car on the road makes me think the triple opera window is going to be cool again. The fit and finish looks pretty bad though, what is going on with the top rear corner of the door window? I don't remember the drip rail ending there, but that must be what it is. It looks more like a bad attempt to implement a window frame.

I grew up drawing the triple opera window in elementary school and thought it was the coolest thing ever, but you don't see any number of opera windows on performance cars these days.
Come to think of it though, why is that rear side window the Charger always had suddenly an "opera window" when a cover is put over it? It isn't actually in the c-pillar. I'm pretty sure I've seen Mustang guys cover their rear side-window with slats, and it doesn't become an "opera window." Is this some nutty Chrysler marketing idea, like spelling "rally" "rallye?"

/6 would be really RARE car, specially being an SE which is a premium class car.
And I don't like the louvered quarter glass finish. Just hardtops.

The /6's were probably all swapped out a long time ago, but if one could find an original /6 Charger it would be the most appropriate Charger to put the Hurricane in. It would still be cool in a V8 car, but a little off.
