My '74 Triple Black Charger SE Brougham is nearly finished. Time to get fully insured now. Most insurance companies that even cover classics won't wright a policy for anywhere near what this car is worth without a Professional Appraisal. Problem is; here in San Angelo, TX there doesn't seem to be anyone able to fulfill that need.
I really do not want to drive to Dallas or Houston so an online appraiser looks like my only option. Anyone know of a knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced source?
Thank You in advance for any help you can provide.

We have car enthusiast magazine in the area called Cruis'n Media (previously Cruis'News). One of the regular contributors is "Top Hat John", who is also a professional appraiser. If he can't do it himself, perhaps he knows someone in your area??? tophatjohn.com/appraisal-servicesP.S. I hope we get a full review of this ride when it is finished!

THANK YOU DAVE!!!!! Since I started on this journey back in October 2015 I have taken over 2000 photos. Don't think the forums want a blow by blow account but I fully intend to put together the Highs and lows in some form. Might have to do a public Album on Flicker. I think that might be doable. Anyway, I did begin here the other day by updating my avatar. It's just a tease out of a very "Sentimental Journey)!
If you know of a better way to publish a story, I'm open to ideas.
Jerry

I like Flickr. I just wish there were fewer steps between loading the image and getting to the tags you need to post them here. Of course, you can just provide them as a link to the album, but then it's harder to describe a certain photo in particular. Perhaps a mix of both.
Our forum photo hosting is back, but is a limited resource, and 2000 photos would certainly break the photo storage bank. Also, it shows them as attachments, which you have to click on to see in larger size. So again, I prefer Flickr.

I've used it for many car shows and pics of some of my rebuild projects. Also, have you tried Hagerty for your insurance purposes. That's what I have and they are pretty close as to what the car is worth and it costs me 500 a year. Good luck.

I had Condon Skelly on my T/A since I bought it. Never needed an appraisal. A few pictures and some info. Easy.
