I would not have associated those hub caps with a 3rd gen.

Option code W11. Standard on SE and 500. Optional at extra cost on all models. You mean someone paid for those on a R/T? Considering the rims are painted and the dog dish were standard on the R/T could it have the wrong hubcaps? Would be interesting to find out.

Agreed. I would consider that an unusual and rare (not necessarily valuable) hubcap choice.
