From the interchangeability list, it appears the quarter glass for a 71 is the same as for a 72. Is this correct?
(I have a 72 charger and need rear quarter glass....)

mmm, probably some differences maybe related with birthdate, specially on 72s.
71s I think got a frame where it mounts the glass itself. Frame is the piece what attaches to regulator. 72s got a complete piece of glass from end to end just like doors, so the glass attaches directly.

Ah - nothing's ever simple.
What I am seeking is the latter - the glass attaches to the regulator...no frame.
The hunt for parts continues....

what I said need to be confirmed by the 71/72 experts though ( Bobby, Tom )
anyway, glasses can be found new at glass shops I think, as at your local dealer. You can find them on ebay for sure new.

I will have to crawl up in the attic of the garage to double check, but I believe, the 71 and 72 quarter glass from my cars were identical.
If I get a chance and some extra ambition, I will double check this.
