Well, today was the first chance I had to mess with it, and wouldn't you know it, battery almost dead. Enough juice for the radio, but didn't even get a click when I turned the key. Moved the lever to neutral because it acted like it was in gear, but no. Did put it in reverse and checked the back-up lights. They work. Decided I would start cleaning some since its filthy and has plenty dead bugs and spyder webs around the windows. Popped the hood and removed the battery to charge it and found a mat under it. Was that factory? Did a light cleaning with Simple Green and it did a nice job. Also found some hard melted crap on the firewall below the voltage regulator. I am hoping that was from a previous piece, although this one looks to be original. Took the top off the air cleaner and the filter looks to be original too. Man is it dirty. I'll get back at it again tomorrow.
