The DBU will work nice. Thats more in line with what it ought to be. Still might have a coverage problem though. We did a yellow school bus not too long ago in it that did not want to cover at all.

Yea, I have sprayed DBU before , what I didn't like about it was that the reactive reducer was not only expensive but it also has a short shelf life. Yellows don't cover well as all of us who paint knows. I would use a lite grey epoxy -mixed as a sealer as my undercoat.
I have only ever used PPG or R/M paints for the most part. Years ago I had sprayed Dupont Centri and Imron and they both worked very well and looked good But no one sells Dupont around me any more. What brands of paint do you use?
