I think you found your problem. I would clean every connection you can get at. And check that replacement positive cable end. They're known for corroding. I've got one on my car myself.

Bingo...
new terminal and done.
male packard 56 or 58 will make the job
Please make yourself a favor, proceed the same with every plug. You could find a similar situation on engine harness bulkhead plug at black wire ( 12 gauge )

Sounds good, I'll dive in once again and check everything. You guys really helped me out, thank you. If I go radio silent for some time, it's due to the cold season hindering my chances of working on it. But I'll be here often

Hey Guys, Hope you're doing well! Weathers been crappy here, but had a one day break where it was 50, so I jumped on it. I went in and replaced that fusable link terminal to the bulkhead and I finally got some juice to the cab...AND it attempted to start over. I'm posting a video of what happened after I attempted the start. Please excuse my mild freakout when I turned the key the second time. Any insight into that sound is appreciated. Video linkCheers, Andy

The starter motor is spinning but bendix is not engaging the gear. It could be a solenoid contact failure The contact disc on solenoid section should make contact with the stud on the plastic body and brushes assembly. It's inside this

These are the two contact which needs to be closed by the solenoid contact disc to get the bendix engaging the starter motor rotor to the gear. Sometimes disc is broken, sometimes contacts ( which are part of the studs outside ) are burnt and contact disc doesn't make it!

On the second and third attemp it seems the solenoid contact made it BUT batt is low and won't be able to spin the engine.
BTW, you should get the ign key buzzer buzzing with key inserted and door open. Same as the seatbelt light on.
