Before and after, from same angle. After taking the first picture I noticed the paint on the dash was not so good, so I repainted the dash and steering column, and the brake pedal, and the e-brake, and, and. LOL Then I noticed the center console didn't look as fresh as the dash so I repainted that too. Every step of the way I was kicking myself for not doing the dash when I redid the interior. It really sucks to paint your dash and steering column while it's in the car and the rest of the interior is already completely restored. SO, is it passable?

Looks very nice! After taking the first picture I noticed the paint on the dash was not so good, so I repainted the dash and steering column, and the brake pedal, and the e-brake, and, and. LOL Then I noticed the center console didn't look as fresh as the dash so I repainted that too. It's like eating potato chips, right? I went through the same thing with my T/A a few years back. Had to pull the power antennae for a rebuild. To remove it without cutting the wiring several pieces of interior trim had to come out. I figured, while I'm here, I might as well install my rebuilt CD factory CD player. Might as well replace the speaker, which lead to modifying and fixing some things in the dash. New speakers needed more amp, so I added one of those. And a cooling fan. Had to run that wiring to the battery. Found rust in the tray when I pulled the battery, so I had to address that. While the I/P trim was off, I added stainless trim rings around the gauges, and rebuilt the pod the radio mounted in. I thought it was never going to end. There WAS more to do, but I had to stop somewhere!
