Hey Ryans74, Sorry to hear of your troubles. I took a peek at the tech archives and the 74 wiring diagrams and they are (as nacho suggested) a bit tough to read. As an alternative. take a peek at these two diagrams. I think you will find these a bit more user friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with pre 80s Mopars is Mopar = Electrical troubles of some sort. My 72 dodge pickup nearly put me in the nut house with its weekly electrical issues. Anyway, take a peek at the two drawings. if you had to you could trace down one wire at a time and I think i the above diagrams you can find the wires well enough to have a good starting point. The best advice I could give you concerning this kind of issue is to be patient, and be thorough. Good luck

yeah, but for 74 they are FALSE!!! first just shows only standart cluster... then doesn't show anything of the interlock stuff of 74s what changes a lot of stuff ( including engine harness ) and doesn't show lot of equipment options...

Thanks for pointing that out Nacho ;D When it comes to the electrical, I will take your word for it. I'm pretty sure you have forgotten more about these electrical systems then I will ever know. I will pull these wiring diagrams out of my tech-archive folder so they don't get posted again in error. In any-case, the second drawing shows a pretty clear picture of how the tail lights are wired and I believe that to be accurate. can you confirm this Nacho?

yeah tail light harness diagram is nice and is the same for all years... I never take care of rear harness on any diagram because is pretty much a straight up wiring to each function from the "waffle" plug available on underdash diagrams, so not really a big deal . Just some splices to feed every socket, but thats on tail light pig tails, not on harnses itself.
