Geez Nacho! Those original pics you posted, break the record of the year for size #lol#....#Whew#.... Hey Pete, since this is your first year with this great board, doesn't that mean Nacho holds the ALLTIME BOARD RECORD? #Trophy# #SiteAd# P.S....Are those 15" rims that are on your car now?

well I just copied and pasted directly the link from website..... CSREIKER, That SE Brougham split-bench cloth/vinyl seat is what the seat I bought from you is going to look like...same color too: black! (If I ever find ANY seat release buttons....never mind chrome ones! NACHO, I have a reproduction of that brochure, it's available on Ebay...give me a bit and I will dig out what seller I bought it from...I also have another informative Reproduction brochure called Illustrated Facts and Features Manual (includes salesmen's add-on options) that I'll try to do the same with...I'll post it somewhere appropriate...they are great brochures! TDAVER, HOTRODDER, NACHO : I am putting together a piece based on my own experience, my current and former 72 SE, and some reference books to shed some final light on this "Charger/Special Edition/Tri-Star" issue, as far as correct emblem, pin or adhesive, placement, and measurements for placement. I'll try to have it done in a day or two if my house, my wife, and my life will give me a short break!! (Refer to my "Weekend of Rest" thread in Off Topic!!) Preview: The term Tri-Star is incorrect for 72 SE's....the actual term is SE Medallion with Wreath...I bring that up because there actually is a completely different Mopar emblem called a Tri-Star. Here's the actual (incorrect) Tri-Star emblem that DOES NOT go on any 3rd Gens application that I am aware of:NOTE: DO NOT buy the 71 SE "Deck Lid" (trunk lid) Medallion Wreath Repro (left pic), if you are going for the "correct" 72 SE Medallion Wreath...they ARE different...note the extended black border background on the 71, and none on the 72 (right pic): Meanwhile, I gotta get outa here and take the bride to work...I'm changing the oil (and checking out other maintenance items she was supposed to be taking care of ) in the Durango, so I'll be offline for awhile. #washwax# #hammer# #hack#

#SiteAd# P.S....Are those 15" rims that are on your car now? 15x7 in front, 15x8 (P225/60/15 tires) in back. But once it is on the road next year, the back will be moved to the front, and 15x10s will go on back with P295/50/15tires, (or P275/60/15s). I like the fat tire look.

jlb1pi, I hear ya on the SE wreath emblem.... I have my original two, but one is missing the inserts, and the other looks it's age, but the insterts are there.... The only replacements I've found to date are not the correct ones for a '72, they've all been painted inserts instead of the plastic ones...
