Lot #427.1 1971 DODGE CHARGER R/TI like this one. Seems like something of a bargain. Barrett-Jackson Link

That does seem like a great price. That's six figures on CL

yes definitelly great price, making the Topper X a bit overpriced LOL... althought Topper X is untouched and this is restored. That wouldn't me think, what makes it more worthly? an "medium class" untouched close to survivor conditions or a fully HiPo restored piece. And on a great color BTW! As far I know Butterscotch on Charger was an extra cost option

Don't feel bad, this car looks cloned. Wrong rear valance, body panels have poor fit like frame rails weak/bent. Extra holes on firewall. Yes, 22k is good for a matching numbers drivetrain, and most of the parts are there, but I question if this is the original body.

How can you possibly assert that the rear valance is wrong?

As I remember, the RT package included duel exhaust tips with the two rounded flanges in the valance (SE included wheel well moldings, the RT had the "shark door panels", did it too have the moldings? Did the full vinyl top also come with the wheel moldings? ). I'd also need to see under the car as the RT 440 should have factory torque boxes like the Super Bee. I have an old 1971 sales brochure somewhere. I'll check it this week. I did say that 22k was still a good price as all of the pieces appeared to be there. I would have bought it without a thought or worry of making my money back.
